Questions
Forgot Password/Password Not Working:
What to do if you can't access the site. If you have an account with us,
the following are reasons why you might not be able to get access.

Forgotten Password:
If you don't remember your password and can't enter the site, email us
at support@hotmuscleflix.com.
Please include your name and full email address.

Wrong Case: You must
enter your username and password the exact same way each time. If you
capitalized some letters when you signed up, you must always capitalize
them.

Account Cancellation:
You may have sent in a cancellation request some time ago and forgotten
about it. You can email us at
support@hotmuscleflix.com with your user name, password and updated
billing information and we will be happy to re-open your account. If you
have disputed any charge from our company, we would have permanently
closed your account.

Fraud: We employ a
program and system which watches out for multiple users with the same
user name and password. If you've found a way to trip our security
program, then we've turned off your codes until you contact us.

Declined Card: If
your credit card was declined upon renewal, we closed your account. You
can contact us with updated billing information and we will be happy to
try your card again.
Cancellation Questions: Cancellation
policy and procedure.
- To cancel your account,
simply complete the cancellation form located in our members section.
You will also be able to cancel by sending an email to
support@hotmuscleflix.com
or by go to www.ccbill.com with your
subscription #. Your cancellation will be processed within 24 hours. That means your
account stays open and active until the end of your last billing period.
You will receive an email confirming cancellation from our billing
company only. You will not receive an email from us unless you
specifically request it!

Sending/Receiving Email and or Snail Mail: How to contact us,
how to receive/stop receiving email/flyers from us.

To get on our e-mail
list/snail mail list: Look for our Feed Back form, enter your
information and submit your form, or e-mail
support@hotmuscleflix.com
with your email address and ask to be added.

To get off our email/snail
mail list: Send an email to
support@hotmuscleflix.com with your name, address and/or email
information with your request to be removed. Once we receive your
request, you will be permanently removed from our list.

interested in getting Booking, Appearance, Modeling and Endorsement
